The first time of anything usually leaves a memory that can’t be erased. What’s your favorite memory as a child? A day with your parents, with your daycare/caregiver or was it chasing animals in some field of dreams? Today these children are building a shared memory of the day they got a teacup soiree at Miss Sue. We regularly have pajama, seasonal parties or you’re special parties but today I had the urge to give them something super special (they are good kids).
I planned everything around their nap time. So while they were napping my team and I were setting the stage for this party. We kept as quiet as we could ( not creating a stir). When they did emerge from their slumber and descended to the daycare area they were alarmed to see a beautiful place awaiting them. The smiles and awe on their faces were priceless and beyond belief. Needless to say, we got many hugs and kisses from the grateful bunch that had a whale of a time eating and partying.
