The outdoors provides the best opportunity to help children build muscle strength. A child’s gross motor skill is developed while running, hopping, jumping, climbing, prancing, kicking, stepping all of which is done when children roam and play. Here is an eighteen months old (young toddler for others a mobile infant) using a balance bean to help her agility.
Let the outdoors be your child’s gym.
Dress your little ones for the weather, get outdoors, play, breathe and laugh.
