Toddler Process Art Painting Stones With Water

November 2, 2022 By Lil' Bebe Academy Leave a Comment

Mindful painting with children.  Painting water on stones is an activity that can captivate your children.  On days when others are running wild, there may be that child who desires some calming time.  By observing our children,  educators know when children seek that slow-down time, time to connect, be present, and be calm.  Water and nature have that effect on me. I created this invitation for C.S. using a mud kitchen metal basin, fern leaves, water, and a paintbrush.  I took it to the dry creek, and she painted.
